Antioch is a high-ranking officer working in the Central City Authority, acting as Captain of the City Guard. He is currently in league with Nabonidus and the other Dark Dreamkeepers.
Appearance[]
Antioch has the resemblance of an owl with two large tufts of fur on his head resembling the horns of a ram. His fur is a light grey while having darker grey fur on top of his head and around his furred horns. He has a small beak for a mouth. Two dark grey fur lines run down his face through each of his eyes with an inward curve. His eyes are pink with dark red irises. He is considerably tall as he has been seen dwarfing over some characters. He is seen in a formal uniform, most likely customary of the Captain of the City Guard.
Personality[]
Antioch is both fair and stern to CCA subordinates as he will allow a trooper to speak his mind while in the same vein lecture him for being out of line. Because of his allegiance to the Nightmares, he is blunt when telling troopers to resign if they are disgruntled over certain criminal cases being handled leniently.

Chapter 10[]
In his office in the CCA headquarters, Antioch is speaking with Haeginsworth when Commander Cal enters the office uninvited. As Cal voices his disgust over the Neon Knives being released just a day after their arrest, Antioch lectures him about speaking over legal matters that were not his concern. Antioch then told Cal to resign if he could no longer handle his job. After Cal leaves, Antioch voices concern to Haeginsworth about stretching the law for Nabonidus's benefit before Haeginsworth told him to just keep stretching until the Viscount elections.

- It is currently unknown when or why he joined the Nightmares, specifically Nabonidus's fold.
- It is also unknown when he became Captain of the CCA or if his allegiance to Nabonidus allowed him to take the position.
